NEW YEAR. NEW YOU.

HELLO ALL! HERE IS TO ANOTHER YEAR! IT IS HALFWAY THROUGH THE MONTH OF JANUARY AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, THE FIRST MONTH OF THE YEAR 2014 WILL BE GONE.

HOW ARE YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS GOING?

OUR TEAM AT THE WORLD CLASS RETIREMENT GROUP IS TRYING TO EAT HEALTHIER AND BE MORE ACTIVE. THIS MAY COME AS A SURPRISE TO YOU BUT IT IS ALOT HARDER THEN YOU THINK. HERE IS A FEW TIPS THAT WE HAVE FOUND HELPFUL IN ACHIEVING THIS GOAL OF OURS.



TIP 1:  DRINK LOTS OF WATER, MAKE SURE YOU ARE STAYING HYDRATED THROUGH OUT THE DAY.




TIP 2: TAKE THE STAIRS, OR PARK A LITTLE FURTHER FROM THE STORE. WALKING IS A GREAT WAY TO SLIM DOWN. YOU MAY NOT BE A FITNESS GURU BUT YOU THIS WILL HELP IN KEEPING YOUR BODY ACTVE AND MOVING.








TIP 3: EAT 4 SMALLER MEALS A DAY. EATING MORE OFTEN THROUGH OUT THE DAY SPEEDS UP YOUR BODY'S METABOLISM AND KEEPS YOU FROM BINGING AT NIGHT. REMEMBER WITH EACH MEAL EAT A FAT,  A CARB AND A PROTEIN. (FOR EX. TUNA - PROTEIN, APPLE - CARB, ALMONDS - FAT)
