To Spend or to Save?

Most people fall into one of two categories.

There are those who SPEND first than SAVE.















Then there are those who SAVE first than SPEND.















It is a common known fact that if you spend first and than save you will be left with absolutely nothing.

Saving money first is the only way to ensure financial success.

Recipe of the Week: Parmesan Baked Tomatoes
































Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes
1/3 cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan
fresh oregano
salt
freshly ground pepper
olive oil


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450 F (230 C).
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into approximately 1/3-inch (1 cm) slices. Place them on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper (season according to your taste). Drizzle with some olive oil and bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

GET TO KNOW MIKE SEARS





















Mike began his career in 1989 with Beneficial Life Insurance Company, teaching principles that create financial security and peace of mind. Mike is an Investment Advisor Representative through Global Financial Private Capital, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor and a licensed Insurance Agent and has been assisting clients to achieve their financial and retirement goals for the past 25 years.




Prior to forming his own company he was a Managing Director for Benmark West, where Mike was responsible for designing supplemental retirement plans for community bank retirees. He is the President and founder of the World Class Retirement Group Inc., and a graduate of Brigham Young University.



 He is a popular speaker among youth and adults, encouraging them to live up to their full potential. Mike and his wife Julie have been married for 30 years and they are the parents of eight children and grandparents to five grandchildren. Mike enjoys flying, biking, swimming and spending time with his family.

NEW YEAR. NEW YOU.

HELLO ALL! HERE IS TO ANOTHER YEAR! IT IS HALFWAY THROUGH THE MONTH OF JANUARY AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, THE FIRST MONTH OF THE YEAR 2014 WILL BE GONE.

HOW ARE YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS GOING?

OUR TEAM AT THE WORLD CLASS RETIREMENT GROUP IS TRYING TO EAT HEALTHIER AND BE MORE ACTIVE. THIS MAY COME AS A SURPRISE TO YOU BUT IT IS ALOT HARDER THEN YOU THINK. HERE IS A FEW TIPS THAT WE HAVE FOUND HELPFUL IN ACHIEVING THIS GOAL OF OURS.



TIP 1:  DRINK LOTS OF WATER, MAKE SURE YOU ARE STAYING HYDRATED THROUGH OUT THE DAY.




TIP 2: TAKE THE STAIRS, OR PARK A LITTLE FURTHER FROM THE STORE. WALKING IS A GREAT WAY TO SLIM DOWN. YOU MAY NOT BE A FITNESS GURU BUT YOU THIS WILL HELP IN KEEPING YOUR BODY ACTVE AND MOVING.








TIP 3: EAT 4 SMALLER MEALS A DAY. EATING MORE OFTEN THROUGH OUT THE DAY SPEEDS UP YOUR BODY'S METABOLISM AND KEEPS YOU FROM BINGING AT NIGHT. REMEMBER WITH EACH MEAL EAT A FAT,  A CARB AND A PROTEIN. (FOR EX. TUNA - PROTEIN, APPLE - CARB, ALMONDS - FAT)
